The designs on these pages have been contributed by many digitizers who have participated in my digitizing swaps, as well as my own free and for-sale designs. Unless otherwise stated, or unless you have received written permission, by downloading or purchasing them, you agree to the following terms of use:
All website content, words, and graphics are copyrighted by and property of September Brown, dba Diamond Threadworks. All designs, embroidery charts, and other informational pages are for personal use only, and not for sharing, trading, or selling, with the following exception. Instructors holding in-store classes at a recognized sewing or embroidery dealer, or at an organized embroidery retreat or seminar, may pass out copies of my embroidery chart or my placement chart, in printed format only, (not on CD or other electronic format), provided that you write me first to get permission, and let me know where and when your class or seminar will be held. My printed charts must have my website name or URL visible on each page.
You may embroider these designs on items for personal use. You may embroider these designs on items that you sell. If you embroider these designs or sell embroidered items with these designs, you may only embroider or sell them from one home or business location. If you embroider from more than one business location, you must purchase designs separately for each additional location. You may not trade, give away, upload, email, rebundle, repackage, sell, or otherwise transfer or distribute these designs by any means or in any format without express written permission from Diamond Threadworks. This also applies to free samples. Please refer your friends to this website to make purchases or download the free samples for themselves. If you need exceptions to this copyright statement, please write and we'll discuss it.
The Making Friends embroidered paper doll swap designs are subject to the restrictions of the Making Friends website, who owns the copyright to the artwork for the designs. In a nutshell, any use of them must be non-profit. You may stitch them out for gifts, but you may not sell the embroidery design files or the stitched out designs, or items with the designs stitched on them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download the designs.
Payment can be made through PayPal by choosing the buy buttons on each design page. Design orders will be sent by email within 24-48 hours of receiving payment through PayPal. To help prevent losses from credit card fraud, designs will not be sent to free email accounts such as Hotmail, MSN, or Yahoo. If you use an internet based email account with PayPal, please provide your real email address, (the one your internet service provider has given you), in the comments box on your order form. Designs sent on CD are an additional $5.00. All electronic sales are final. If a CD is defective, it will be replaced upon return of the original CD. All orders will be individually encoded and sent with automatic verification of receipt.
